I got a trek last year primarily for riding around downtown Huntington. What are some good places to ride thats either paved or really hard ground? My ride isn't designed for mountain/trail riding. My favorite spot I've found so far is along the Kanawha River in Charleston. It's got a concrete trail probably about 3 or 4 miles long. It's a beautiful view right along the river and downtown. It's just not long enough. I want a nice long 4 to 6 hour ride on relatively level terrain ( I hate climbing hills) with some nice scenery. Preferably around a lake or a nice open area. Anybody have any suggestions?
